Welcome to Bistro ’t Zeevarken – Miriam Notten’s wonderfully opinionated bistro, where good company, character and a pinch of sea salt come together.
Miriam’s dream began early, when she often found herself in her aunt’s café in Grave as a child. There she helped behind the scenes, learned about the smells, flavours and stories of hospitality, and grew her love for welcoming guests and the liveliness of a good café.
Years later, that childhood dream comes to life in Bistro ’t Zeevarken. Set in a place where stories are shared over a drink and time briefly stands still, the bistro is a characterful refuge for anyone who loves an authentic atmosphere. It is all about meeting people, a good cup of coffee, special drinks and the warmth of a place where you are always welcome.
